How does Kurbme take its commission?
Kurbme deducts a platform commission from the job total before your payout is processed. You'll always see a clear breakdown in the app before accepting a job.
Can I work in multiple zip codes?
Yes. You can list as many service zip codes as you'd like. Jobs in those areas will be offered to you based on your availability and proximity.
What if a customer disputes a job?
Kurbme handles all customer-facing disputes. If a claim is valid, we mediate a fair resolution and cover communication — you just provide the service photos you uploaded in the app.
How quickly will I receive my payouts?
Payouts are processed the next business day after a job is marked complete. Funds typically appear in your bank account within 1–2 business days depending on your bank.
